Mike Smith is a leadership and organization development catalyst who specializes in facilitating strategic planning and aligning organizations’ processes, choices and leaders to set direction and drive results. Mike comes with deep experience in the public sector and has advanced degrees in leadership development and public administration. He has worked in university and public education district administration. As an adjunct business faculty, Mike teaches leadership, administration, marketing and other business courses to graduate and undergraduate students. Mike’s work currently centers on creating measurement systems for accreditation of secondary schools, statewide evaluation and measurement of public administrators.

business standards and compliance. Greg began
his career in 1976, when he joined Rockwell
International, a predecessor company of
ArvinMeritor, and has held positions of
increasing responsibility. Greg was responsible
for creating the first Meritor vision statement
and corporate goals as well as leading the
visioning process with the subsequent merger of
Arvin & Meritor. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree
and a master’s degree in psychology from Western
Kentucky University.

Arturo has held senior managerial positions for Prentice Hall Hispanic America and the Mexican Welfare Secretary.
