Mike Smith
 

Mike Smith is a leadership and organization development catalyst who specializes in facilitating strategic planning and aligning organizations’ processes, choices and leaders to set direction and drive results. Mike comes with deep experience in the public sector and has advanced degrees in leadership development and public administration. He has worked in university and public education district administration. As an adjunct business faculty, Mike teaches leadership, administration, marketing and other business courses to graduate and undergraduate students. Mike’s work currently centers on creating measurement systems for accreditation of secondary schools, statewide evaluation and measurement of public administrators.
 



Julie Salmon
 

Julie Salmon has 15 years of experience as an organization design professional. She has been responsible for defining and implementing transformational business and human resource strategies to significantly improve business performance. Julie has an MBA with an undergraduate degree in Economics. She has held line management positions in Sales, Marketing and Product Development where her strong management and partnership skills consistently delivered superior results. She has also held leadership positions in Human Resources and Organization Development. Julie’s last internal position was Director of Organization Development and Learning at Hallmark Cards.
 



Kay Nussbaum
 

Kay Nussbaum is an experienced organization effectiveness consultant and executive with expertise in strategy, organization design, executive leadership, and change implementation. Over the past twenty-five years, Kay has partnered with senior leaders in organizations to implement business strategies for improving performance, market position and growth. Clients include Medtronic, Thrivent, Ecolab, Allina Health System, University of Minnesota, H.B. Fuller, Beckman Coulter, University of Wisconsin, General Mills, Yum!Brands, Land O’Lakes, and U.S. Bank.
 



Greg Brown
 

Greg is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 31 years of manufacturing and corporate experience. For the last 10 years, Greg was responsible for providing innovative and dynamic solutions in leadership management, employee development, executive coaching, strategic planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, as well as ethical business standards and compliance. Greg began his career in 1976, when he joined Rockwell International, a predecessor company of ArvinMeritor, and has held positions of increasing responsibility. Greg was responsible for creating the first Meritor vision statement and corporate goals as well as leading the visioning process with the subsequent merger of Arvin & Meritor. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in psychology from Western Kentucky University.
 



Todd Cook
 

Todd is a strong practitioner with expertise in strategic planning, culture change, change management, executive/leadership development, leadership assessment, and performance management. Todd is a certified executive coach who regularly advises CEOs and other executives on how to improve their own and their organization’s effectiveness. His clients include Amoco, AlliedSignal, Axcelis Technologies, BP, Columbia University, Eaton, General Motors, Grainger, Illinois Department of Central Mgmt Services, INSEAD, Johns Manville, Lafarge, Legrand North America, Penn State, Shell Oil, Southland Corporation, Standard & Poors, and University of Pennsylvania Health Care System. Todd has an MBA with an undergraduate degree in Finance.
 



Arturo Leon
 

Arturo supports AlignOrg Solutions’ clients in Latin America and supports the Spanish-speaking market worldwide. Arturo has participated in several OE/OD projects all over Latin America, the US, and Canada for organizations including AIG, the Mexican Senate, the Supreme Court in Guatemala, ScotiaBank, Black & Veatch, Cerner and Mercy Health Systems. Arturo has held senior managerial positions for Prentice Hall Hispanic America and the Mexican Welfare Secretary. Arturo holds a masters degree in Organizational Behavior and a bachelors degree in Sociology.
