Kreig
Smith |
 |
Kreig’s expertise centers in the
alignment of organizations to marketplace
positions. Kreig has nearly twenty-five years of
organization design experience. For the last
seven years, Kreig also served as a leadership
team member and founder of Curomax
Corporation(which was recently purchased by
DealerTrack). Kreig has specific experience in
international and domestic designs, HR, Finance,
IT, Marketing and Sales redesigns, as well as
acquisitions, growth initiatives and alignment
assessments. His last internal position was
Director of Business Planning and Organization
Design at AT&T Capital. Kreig is recognized as
one of the industry's leading organizational
design consultants.

Reed Deshler |
 |
Reed is a seasoned organization
design and change management practitioner with
both corporate and consulting experience. Reed's
expertise lies in organization redesign and
alignment, change readiness, and strategic
planning. He has led organization design
initiatives in Fortune 100 organizations across
numerous industries. Prior to joining AlignOrg
Solutions, Reed held internal management
positions in both organization design and
customer service operations for Humana, a
national health insurance firm and Farmland
Industries, a large member-owned cooperative. He
holds a Master’s degree in Organizational
Behavior.

Ken Brophy |

Ken is based in New Zealand and
primarily serves AlignOrg Solutions' clients in
Asia-Pacific. His latest projects have included
large redesigns within the Telecommunications,
Media, Petroleum and Banking industries. Prior
to joining AlignOrg, Ken worked in senior HR/
Organizational Development roles in both New
Zealand and the United Kingdom within
Telecommunication, Financial and IT
organizations. Additionally, he has been
involved in a number of acquisitions and
start-ups, providing him with experience in
integrating processes, systems, and
organizations for the greatest strategic impact.

| Bridie Fanning |
 |
Bridie is an experienced chief human resources officer with over 20 years global experience across multiple industry sectors. Her expertise includes aligning people practices with corporate strategies and with all phases of acquisition integration in start up, turnaround and high-growth companies. Bridie has held the leading HR position for Fiserv, NCR and GE Retail Consumer Finance and was instrumental in establishing the GE Training Curriculum for HR professionals worldwide. Bridie, a native of London, England, has lived and worked in Switzerland and Poland and was the Czech Republic HR Director for GE Capital before relocating to the United States. Prior to GE, Bridie worked for N&P, a UK bank, and United Biscuits, a global food manufacturer. Bridie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Member of the Chief Human Resource Officer Academy and HR Policy Association, and a licensed Executive Assessment practitioner by the Psychological Society. | Alyson Von Feldt |

Alyson has worked on organizational designs in both the profit and non-project sectors for such enterprises as Colgate-Palmolive, AT&T Capital, National Semiconductor, the Veterans’ Administration, MidAmerican Energy, Hallmark, BP, People to People, and the Cherokee Nation. She specializes in organizational design and is currently researching the relationship of culture to organizational alignment and performance. A published author, she also writes and customizes design materials for individual organizations. She has a master’s in organizational behavior.

Adam Anderson |

Adam Anderson is an organizational design consultant that specializes in aligning choices, work activities, and communications to strategy. He has led many organizations through the complete business planning process from strategic plan development to execution. As co-founder of a strategic communications firm, he has developed tools and processes to help organizations align their internal and external communications to strategy and branding. In addition to organizational design work, Adam has worked and lived internationally where he held the position of director of finance for a South American based corporation. He has also served as head of sales for a small international organization.
